Spend the day on the sacred grounds of the Scarritt Bennett Center exploring the creative power of sound and color through drumming, vocalizing and watercolor techniques designed to engage your presence and connection with Spirit. Our time together will be spent in meditation & prayer, journaling, making vibrant music together and putting color to paper; witnessing how the flow of water moves across the page, creating pleasant surprises and mystical imagery. Deeply connecting, meditative, prayerful and enlivening. Weather permitting we will walk the labyrinth. You will leave with a deeper awareness of your ability to “go with the flow,” a sense of liberation and feeling vibrantly alive.

Karen Renée Robb, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom, is a vocal and visual artist with over 30 years of vocal performance experience. Her passion for sound, creativity, and compassion has led her to assist others in reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm and creative expression through the use of the frame drum. In 2019 she is expanding her healing arts offering by sharing visual art techniques that honor letting go and inspire flow. She is also the founder of The Music City Alliance for Sound & Music Healing, an Art and Soul Studio Teacher in Nashville, Circle Facilitator, Universal Life Minister and a Reiki Master Teacher.
