Join Karen Renée Robb in Music City USA for a weekend of soul exploration using sound, color, meditation, prayer, journaling and more!  Come together with a vibrant constellation of human beings to engage your senses and liberate yourself using natural healing arts techniques.  Enjoy the sacred spaces of the Scarritt Bennett Center and the Art & Soul Studio in Nashville, TN.  

Saturday, August 10th | We will start the retreat on the beautiful grounds of Scarritt Bennett Center surrounded by Vanderbilt University. The day will be filled with sounding experiences and teachings from the Exploring The Healing Power of Sound class Karen Renée shares.  In addition to the class there will be a sound immersion, silent meditation, labyrinth walk, time for journaling and personal reflection throughout the day.  Lunch will be included onsite at the Susie Gray Dining Hall.

Saturday evening for those that want to gather for dinner we will find a great restaurant in Nashville to continue communing together.  If you just want to rest for the evening, that is great too.  Whatever you feel is best for you.  

On Sunday Afternoon, August 11th | We will gather at the Art & Soul Studio for the second day of the retreat.  You will have the morning to leisurely enjoy the sights in Nashville as you feel moved. In the afternoon we will gather to immerse ourselves in the power of sound and color as Karen Renée shares the Liberating The Soul Through Sound and Color class.

We will officially end our time together at 5pm, but if a group wants to have dinner again before parting ways we can make that happen as well.  

Space is limited to 15 participants.

Retreat Cost:  $300 | Includes experiences on Saturday (with lunch) and Sunday afternoon.  

All other meals, transportation and accommodations will be at participants expense.

Scarritt Bennett Center Lodging | There is lodging available at Scarritt Bennett for you to consider if you are coming in from out of town. Please make sure you book your room when you register for the retreat as space is limited and the rates are very reasonable for Nashville. For more information go HERE.
