New Moon | A time to rest and reset in the darkness. To listen for guidance and to plant seeds for dreams to awaken. Join us in a celebration of sound to ease your mind, body and soul.

In this 2 hour experience, you will begin by resting in an immersion of sound created by gongs ~ a melodic, dreamy soundscape to help the mind release into places of freedom and expansion. Let go of time ~ create a space for creativity and meditation free from stresses and thoughts. Allow yourself to journey and dream. You will then be called into the circle with drum and voice to liberate the seed ideas that arise from your journey. With the power of your voice and heartbeat rhythm creating waves out into the Universe activating your desires and intentions. With the power of community to support and assist in raising up our individual and collective intentions. We will move heaven and earth, together. Join us. Everything you needed will be provided for. If you have a drum, you are welcome to bring it. Frame drums will be available for those who need to borrow for the evening. Dress comfortably.

Karen Renée Robb, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom, is a vocal and visual artist with over 30 years of vocal performance experience. Her passion for sound, creativity, and compassion has led her to assist others in reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm and creative expression through the use of the frame drum. She is also the founder of The Music City Alliance for Sound & Music Healing, a teacher at the Art and Soul Studio - Nashville, Circle Facilitator, Universal Life Minister and a Reiki Master Teacher.
