In collaboration with Amanda Bilyeu-Garrison of Destination Doula, Karen Renée Robb, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom will share how you can use voice, sound and rhythm to ease stress and tension; move through emotional states; and live in a more meditative, vibrant state of being. 

In this interactive workshop, Doulas and Midwives will learn about the power of live sound vibration and be introduced to how the frame drum can be used as a tool for personal stress reduction, vocal freedom, and sound vibration massage. From this understanding we will cover applications for pregnancy, the birthing process and post birth sounding for the baby and family.

Amanda Bilyeu-Garrison has been an ICEA certified birth doula since 2004. She has helped over 125 clients give birth and countless couples/moms learn through her childbirth education classes. Amanda taught classes at Infinity Birth Center the 9 years they were open.
