Relax and leave the worries of the day behind during this combined Restorative Yoga and Sound experience facilitated by Craig Lackey and Karen Renee.
Feel the soothing sound vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, frame drums, vocals and tranquil music move through you bringing peace and comfort to your body, mind and soul as you participate in a restorative yoga practice facilitated by Craig Lackey. After yoga enjoy tea in fellowship while each participant receives a personal sound vibration massage from Karen Renée. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and enlivened.

Craig Lackey | A friend introduced Craig to his first yoga class in 2011. He found it to be the perfect complement to his long distance running (he once ran 6 marathons in a two year period). Now Craig does more yoga and less running. He appreciates how yoga increases strength and flexibility and helps lower stress without the physical trauma that sometimes comes with running. As a former Type-A male baby boomer who survived a heart attack and quadruple bypass Craig loves sharing his practice with others, whether they're experienced in yogis or consider themselves yogically challenged beginners.
Karen Renee Robb | founder of Frame Drum Wisdom, is a vocal and visual artist with over 30 years of vocal performance experience. Her passion for sound, creativity, and compassion has led her to assist others in reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm and creative expression through the use of the frame drum. In 2019 she is expanding her offerings by sharing visual art techniques that honor letting go and inspire flow. She is also the founder of The Music City Alliance for Sound & Music Healing, a teacher at the Art and Soul Studio - Nashville, Circle Facilitator, Universal Life Minister and a Reiki Master Teacher.
