YOUR VOICE IS VITAL | SOUND & DRUM CIRCLE

Relax and leave the worries of the day behind during this combined Sound Immersion and Sound Circle experience facilitated by Karen Renee, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom. 

Feel the soothing sound vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, frame drums, vocals and tranquil music move through you bringing peace and comfort to your body, mind and soul. 

Immersed in sound and feeling renewed, we will then gather in circle to create spontaneous sounds together with frame drums and other sounding instruments. Whether strangers, old friends, or recent connections, we gather in community to heal through sound, beat, and song. It’s primal. We all know how to do it; we just need a safe place to explore and remember. 

You will be altered in meaningful and memorable ways. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and enlivened.

Frame drums and other percussive instruments provided. Bring your own drum if you'd like. No musical experience necessary to enjoy.

Karen Renee Robb, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom, is a vocal and visual artist with over 30 years of vocal performance experience. Her passion for sound, creativity, and compassion has led her to assist others in reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm and creative expression through the use of the frame drum. In 2019 she has expanded her offerings by sharing visual art techniques that honor letting go and inspire flow. Karen Renee is also the founder of The Music City Alliance for Sound & Music Healing, a teacher at the Art and Soul Studio - Nashville, Circle Facilitator, Universal Life Minister and a Reiki Master Teacher.
