Saturday, August 10th | We will start the retreat on the beautiful grounds of Scarritt Bennett Center surrounded by Vanderbilt University. The day will be filled with sounding experiences and teachings from the Exploring The Healing Power of Sound class Karen Renée shares. In addition to the class there will be a sound immersion, silent meditation, labyrinth walk, time for journaling and personal reflection throughout the day.
