Your Voice Is Vital | Sound & Drum for Well-Being - Virtual Zoom Gathering

Welcome to a new series of virtual experiences designed to help you tap into the power of "alive" sound vibration.  Tonight's gathering will be the first of many to help you reclaim your voice, inner rhythm and tap into the vibrational, creative power contained within you. You do not need a frame drum to attend, but if you have one bring it along for the experience.  

The experience will be for 1 hour, with an additional 15 minutes at the end for questions. I will spend some time sharing why I feel activating our own voice and innate rhythm is vital for our well-being and to help move through these challengings times. And then we will participate in various ways to engage with sound together.  

Each one of us needs to have tools to bring ourselves back to center.  Sounding, vocalizing and drumming can help you.  I look forward to helping you engage in this practice for your own self-care and for your family and community in the days to come. But first, you must put the oxygen mask on yourself.  And this is definitely that!

I create a safe space for you to explore.  No judgement.  You don't need to be considered a musician to benefit from this experience.  If you plan to join us, please make sure you are in a room or place where you will not be disturbed and you will feel free to make some noise. All different kinds of noises. If you don't have a drum, grab a plasic bowl and a wooden spoon, or anything in your home that you can beat like a drum.  

After you have purchased your ticket, you will receive the Zoom Link and Password for you to be able to join in the meeting from your phone or computer. Please be respectful - do not share this information with anyone else once you receive it. If you think someone else in your life could benefit from attending, please share this event page with them and encourage them to register too!
