This is an In-person, Interactive class designed as an Introduction to Sound Therapy and its benefits.

Objectives: Learn what Sound Therapy is and the benefits of it | Learn the difference between live sound and digital sound | Discover the importance of live sound vibration and why it is important for well-being | Recognize how the power of live sound vibrations have the potential to recreate the “womb state” | View and experience a variety of Sound Therapy instruments and their respective applications | Learn how to incorporate Sound Therapy into your own classes or use with clients

Participants Will: Experience a variety of therapeutic sound modalities designed to enliven the Spirit, energize the body and reconnect them to a vital, natural instrument we are all born with | Personally feel energy shifts and stress reduction using the power of voice, drums, singing bowls, tuning forks, and more | Discover how sound vibrations resonate in the body and have the potential to activate a higher state of well-being in our daily lives | Be provided with hands on engagement and practice with each of the instruments | Understand how to incorporate live sound for their own personal use and healing or add to their client/students private experience | Be inspired and encouraged to learn more about the Sound Therapy modalities that they resonate with

Recommended Reading for Class: “Music Medicine: The Science & Spirit Of Healing Yourself With Sound” by Christine Stevens

This class is being offered by Karen Renée Robb, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom and ReSounding Wholeness. Karen Renée has been facilitating and teaching about the power of live sound vibration for 8 years. She has been a vocalist and musician most of her life. She travels to facilitate group classes, retreats, interactive training and more! In 2020, she has started utilizing virtual teaching platforms to reach a broader, global client base. A mid-wife for the souls expression, Karen Renée brings her whole self into the experiences she facilitates. Karen Renée is also a Healing Arts Facilitator, Sound & Reiki Clinician, Reiki Master Teacher, Circle Facilitator, and Inspirational Speaker.
