From birth to death, and every moment on the journey in between,  I am committed to bringing the power of live sound vibration back to Life. I am grateful to share the techniques of Frame Drum Wisdom to  help you, your family, and community connect with the healing power of  live sound vibration.

The frame drum is an ancient instrument that holds mysteries and powerful energies that can be activated by your voice, rhythm, and good  intentions. It is a tool that can help you move through life’s challenges with more ease and grace. It is a connecting, healing, and communal instrument that will change your life.

While my personal approach to the frame drum is somewhat unconventional, I know it is tapping into a deeper revelation for the healing and evolution of humanity. Come and be immersed in the healing  power of your own sound vibration. Your voice is sound medicine for your body and being and holds a very important key to creation and manifestation for you.

Frame Drum Wisdom | ROOTS (Level 1) 

An introduction and exploration of sound vibration, voice, and rhythm using the ancient  wisdom of the frame drum. Learn a variety of techniques you can use the  frame drum for. Liberate the power of your voice, connect with your own  inner rhythm, experience personal sound vibration massage and more!   Ease mental stress and shift emotional energy in a natural, fun way.  You will come away from this class with easy activities you can use  daily to bring your body, mind, soul and being into a beautiful presence  and vibrational state.

Frame Drum Wisdom | ACTIVATE (Level 2)

We continue the journey of reclaiming your voice, rhythm, and  creative essence.  We use the frame drum as a tool to help move energy,  ground, balance, elevate your vibration, and get to know the deeper  levels of your being.  We enter into the next level of the journey to  reclaim and awaken your true soul's purpose, with the understanding that  your voice is the creative center and activating medicine you were born  with to bring about the transformation of your life.

This day  will include additional practices you can use to help deepen your  connection to your inner wisdom and personal guidance system.  Experience the power of your voice and rhythm in connection and harmony  (and dissonance) with others. Be further affirmed that sound will play a  vital role in bringing you to your next level of Being in body, mind,  and soul, and in the inter-connectedness and interaction with others.

You will be introduced to the Gene Keys, your  personal Hologenetic Profile, and The Golden Path.  You will be  encouraged to initiate your own personal deep dive into the life you  were born to live.  Utilizing contemplation, inquiry, gentleness, and  patience as the cornerstones of your approach. This is the path of the Divine Feminine rising within you and all around us.

Frame Drum Wisdom | EXPANSION (Level 3).  

We continue the journey of reclaiming our voice and sound as natural medicine for our body, mind, emotions, and soul essence.  Having experienced the power of our own sound and heartbeat vibration on a deep level, we move to expand this vital energy out into the world. We have the power to collectively transform and move energy with and for others.

The main focus for this day will be communal, transformative sound healing sessions for ourselves, each other, and a few select individuals from outside of our class participant circle. There is so much we as human beings can do with the power of our own vocal vibrations, drumming, and sounding together. We come together in this way to deepen our practice and explore the potency of sound to change our personal lives and the world around us. 

We will share in, receive, and experience group sound healing. Each class participants will be able to sit, stand, or lay in the middle of the circle, and receive potent sound healing expressions from the other members of the class. Similar to a Reiki share, but using voice, drums, and other sound healing instruments. It is incredibly powerful to receive and to be a part of giving in this way. Each session takes time, a nurturing, clear presence, intuition, and trust.  We practice with each other, so that we can build confidence in our ability to bring similar experiences to others in the days ahead.

The shifts that are possible are more easily understood by experiencing them for ourselves. To describe what happens during this communal sound healing connection wouldn't do justice to it, because it is honestly indescribable.  It will change your life. Guaranteed!

I look forward to being with all who are called to continue this journey with me, in community, and with other like-hearted people.  I promise I will create a safe, nurturing space for you to step into the next level of your being.  We live in exciting, changing, and challenging times, but there are now amazing tools (and people) that can help guide our way in a compassionate and empathetic way.

PLEASE NOTE:  You will be asked to sign a Commitment Agreement before the class that requires that you refrain from taking any mind/body altering substance (including alcohol) the day before and during the classes. It is important that you allow yourself to feel and experience how the power of sound alone can transform your energy in its pure state.  It is also highly encouraged for you to NOT plan on scheduling anything important the day after this weekend. You will be altered and will need time and space to integrate this experience. Integration is an essential part of the process.  Give your self gentleness and compassion to let this experience move you in  the direction of your soul's deepest longing.

Her passion for live sound, creativity and compassion has led her to assist others in reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm, and creative expression utilizing the frame drum.
