Let us come together at the NAMO Sanctuary for a unified, circle of Divine Human Beings as Karen Renée of Frame Drum Wisdom guides us in an incredible Sacred Sound Circle experience. You will leave feeling more embodied, connected and blissful. Bring a blanket/pillow to sit on, water bottle and journal. Frame drums and other sounding instruments will be provided. If you have your own drum, you are encouraged to bring it.
