An Evening of Heart-Opening, Restoration, Cacao Ceremony & Sound with Caroline Sledge and Karen Renée
On this evening, join Caroline & Karen Renée as we co-create a ceremony through sound and cacao at the Karuna Center in Berryhill (Nashville), TN. We will start the evening with a mini soundbath/journey to relax and release from the days activities. We will then share in a sacred cacao ceremony.
Enjoy an expanded sense of awareness, healing benefits and community with sacred cacao from the mountain rainforest of Costa Rica. Feel life affirming, heart opening joy from this beverage known as "The Food of the Gods", "THEOBROMA".
