About The Event
Take your yoga practice to another level and try something completely new! Join us at the Bloom Yoga Studio for the "Roots to Rise - Yoga & Sound" experience. Haley Bell and Karen Renée are partnering up to bring this unique experience to the community.
We will begin with a gentle yoga practice contemplating the idea of 'roots', being grounded and connected in the body, and 'to rise', elevating our awareness of who we are and our potential. As we embody our rootedness and the depth of our connection to all that is, we will come together in a Sacred Sound Circle for the second half of the evening. Exploring our own voice, rhythm, and sound vibration as a source of healing, connection, and deeper wisdom for ourselves and in community with each other.
Everyone, regardless of experience, is welcome! Frame drums and other musical instruments will be provided for…
