During this time of incredible change, I am offering virtual classes to share the techniques of Frame Drum Wisdom to help you, your family and community connect with the healing power of live sound vibration.

Senior Voice & Sound with Karen Renée of Frame Drum Wisdom

This NEW Frame Drum Wisdom virtual offering is designed for seniors who are finding their voices weakening during this time of physical and social distancing.  Or those who just want to experience the joy of being together in community doing something that will energize your body and uplift your spirit!

We will come together in a virtual community via Zoom to deepen our breathing, have fun sounding and strengthening our voices together, hum and tone for the vagus nerve, and learn about the power of our voices and sound for overall well-being. Your voice is powerful medicine for you. Let’s keep it active and vibrant!

You will be able to experience and enjoy this class with or without a frame drum. But if you would like to purchase a frame drum to heighten your experience, email me at karenrenee@framedrumwisdom.com.

Once you register for the class, the Zoom information will be emailed to you.

Classes will NOT be recorded to keep the circle container safe  for all that needs to be shared and processed during our time together.
