An Evening of Cacao, Connection & Sound-Healing

with Traci Gallagher & Karen Renée Robb

Join Traci & Karen Renée at A Sacred Sanctuary as we move to embody the divine energies of Lion’s Gate through sacred ceremony with cacao, sound healing, vocal & heartbeat activation.

Traci will start the evening inspiring us with a beautiful cacao ceremony. Cacao is powerful medicine, yet it is gentle and soothing to the heart. In meditation practice, cacao has a lot to do with the Heart Chakra. It supports the healing process; it helps to clear the emotional blockages, as well as stimulate the joy within.

In sacred ceremony, cacao is the medium between the physical body and the essence of love within. It helps us to communicate with ourselves on a deeper level, yet it has no hallucination in the mind. Rather, it brings back clarity and soberness to oneself. It helps us to see life with the eyes of love and compassion for oneself and others. When cacao is prepared with the prayer and intention to connect with the essence of love, it has an effect on the physical level, slowly relaxing the mind, and allowing the heart to take back its voice.

Ready to have our hearts speak, we will then collectively immerse ourselves in a communal Sound Bath experience. Integrating the warming and opening of our hearts in resonance with the harmonies of the heavens and the deep Earthen heartbeat of Gaia.

With this individual and collective embodiment, we will come together in a Sacred Sound Circle, as Karen Renée leads us in an experience designed to reclaim and activate the power of our unique vocal medicine and heartbeat rhythms. Our uniqueness is needed at this time on the planet. Transformation of humanity requires that we each step boldly and bravely forward to sound our divine expression and gifts.

We hope that by the end of our time together you will be encouraged and inspired to sing/sound Your Brave Heart Song out into the world.

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and water vessel with you that will provide for your maximum comfort. If you have a frame drum (or any type of drum), please bring it. There will be enough frame drums for everyone, and other instruments provided for our collective use as well. If you like to journal during experiences like this, bring a journal and pen.
