Sunrise Sound Circle | A Virtual Gathering

Are You Ready To Start Your Day and Week In A Different Way?

Connection and community is what sustains us as human beings.  Honoring life and appreciating each day we are given is also important. Join Karen Renée on Monday morning for a Sunrise Sound Circle. We gather together to uplift and inspire each other as the new day dawns. We meet virtually via Zoom at 6:30am Central (7:30am EDT / 5:30am MT) for a powerful sound, drumming and intention-setting circle. I create a sacred space for us to connect and sound up our good intentions for the day.

The Format For Our Time Together:

Karen Renée will facilitate a short guided meditation to help us all center in. Each participant will briefly share how they are feeling coming into the new day. We will drum and sound together to release any challenging energies that come up. And then set good intentions to hold throughout the day and week ahead. Towards the end of the gathering we will lift those good intentions collectively through sound, voice and heartbeat rhythms. It makes starting the new day fun and uplifting. It is extra potent knowing that there are others who are supporting our intentions and lifting them up with us.  

So bring your voice, drum, presence and good intentions/prayers and join us. If you don't have a drum, you can still come and reap the benefits. Be in a location where you feel free to make some noise (wink!). All genders are welcome to participate.

Cost:  $11/person     (A Zoom Link will be emailed to the circle participants the day before our gathering.)

Please Note: This experience will NOT be recorded to keep the circle container safe for all that needs to be shared and processed during our time together.
