Are You Ready To Start Your Day and Week In A Different Way?
Connection and community is what sustains us as human beings. Honoring life and appreciating each day we are given is also important. Join Karen Renée on Monday mornings in September for a Sunrise Sound Circle. We gather together to uplift and inspire each other as the new day dawns. . I create a sacred space for us to connect and sound up our good intentions for the day.We meet virtually via Zoom at 6:30am Central (7:30am EDT / 5:30am MT) for a powerful sound, drumming and intention-setting circle
The Format For Our Time Together:
Karen Renée will facilitate a short guided meditation to help us all center in. Each participant will briefly share how they are feeling coming into the new day. We will drum and sound together to release any challenging energies that come up. And…
