The Beauty Way | A Day Of Contemplation

Everyone can use a "day away" to ground, center, reflect, and re-energize.  Join Robbie and Karen Renée at the eclectic, beautiful Sacred Dog Ranch (just 20 minutes outside of Nashville) for 4 hours of bliss-full inner- and outer-connected experiences.  

Our theme for the afternoon is The Beauty Way.  The Diné (Navajo) people have a ceremony prayer that speaks to our intention for helping those who are called on this day to re-member their center.

Our time together will include reflections on the Medicine Wheel, yoga/movement, a shamanic journey, sacred sound circle with collective sharing, drumming/vocalizing, and soul warming chai tea.

Dress in warm layers as we will be spending time out in nature for our nurturing practices.  You will need a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal & pen, and a water vessel to keep you hydrated throughout our time together.  If you have your own drum and mallet, please bring it.  There will be plenty of frame drums available to use as well.  

We are honored to bring this unique experience to those who are called to come together at this incredible "turning of the wheel" time on planet Earth.  We know you have many choices available as to where you can spend your time and energy.  We look forward to being with all who are called into Beauty Way at this time on their journey.

Robbie Michelle Short has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years and gained her initial training through a spiritual ashram in California and later received  advanced training from the Asheville Yoga Center. She leads the  Moonbeam Yoga Teacher Training and offers retreats around the world  combining her love of yoga, travel, and adventure. Karen Renee Robb, founder of Frame Drum Wisdom and  ReSounding Wholeness, is a vocal, written word, and visual artist with   over 30 years of vocal performance experience. Her passion for live  sound, creativity, and compassion has led her to assist others in   reclaiming their voice, innate rhythm, and creative expression  utilizing  the frame drum and other unique modalities. A mid-wife for  the soul’s expression, Karen Renée brings her whole self into the  experiences she facilitates. Helping to awaken and support others in  meaningful, memorable ways, she makes the Healing Arts accessible and a  vital part of personal growth and development.  Karen Renée is also a  Sound & Reiki Clinician, Circle Facilitator,  Inspirational Speaker,  Universal Life Minister and Gene Keys Guide.
