Journey along a meditative Chakra Hiking Trail and Medicine Wheel Garden immersing yourself in the beauty and healing presence of nature. Through the grounding sounds of drums, rattles, and other percussion instruments, we will explore ancient rhythms, awaken the senses, and create space for reflection, renewal, and connection. This is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and remember the sacred rhythm that connects us all to the Earth and to ourselves.
