But many of us had our voices silenced during childhood and beyond. For all sorts of reasons. We haven’t been fundamentally taught the full potential of our personal sound vibration and how it is connected to nature and the Divine.

I have dedicated the last 10 years to reclaiming my voice and assisting others in reclaiming theirs. This is not about singing pretty or making your voice acceptable for mass consumption. It is about accessing sounds and frequencies that are uniquely yours to help heal and empower yourself. Freeing and liberating your voice, will help to liberate your life. And make you the Divine instrument and channel you were meant to be in this physical, human form/life experience.

Join us in this Virtual Sacred Sound Circle.  You will be guided through various sound practices that you can utilize in your daily life.  Learn to trust your own inner guidance.  Strengthen your voice and vocal range and learn to tune your own body and being with the sounds you create.  

With or without a frame drum you are welcome to join us.  If you have a frame drum and mallet, please bring it to the experience.  If you register, you must agree to be fully present with your video and audio on.  In order to co-create a safe, nurturing space we must all be in the experience together.  You will be asked to speak and share along the way. Vulnerability is a must. Please be in a location that you can make noise in (without holding back). I promise you will gain so much in the process.
