Join Kathryn Ziegler and Karen-Renee for an evening of rhythm, resonance, and authentic expression.

Unlike a traditional sound bath, this experience invites you to become part of the vibration itself. Through guided drumming, vocal exploration, rhythmic practices, and communal song, we will use the healing power of voice and rhythm to reconnect with the body, awaken self-expression, and experience the medicine of singing in community.

The first hour will include facilitated practices designed to help participants gently open the voice, explore rhythm, release tension, and reconnect with their natural expression. No musical experience is necessary—this is not about performance, but presence.

The second hour will transition into a community song sharing circle where participants are invited to sing, listen, harmonize, and experience the beauty of collective resonance.
